Meet Dani
I’m Dani Anderson, MS, LPCC, a licensed therapist in Minnesota working with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, and the challenges that arise where trauma and accountability intersect. I offer a space where people can show up as they are, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and take steps toward lives that feel safer, more connected, and more grounded in choice.
I’m a certified EMDR therapist, and I use EMDR therapy as a conceptual framework to guide understanding, regulation, and change — not simply as a set of techniques. I also hold an Advanced Certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). In addition to clinical work, I provide consultation and training for clinicians and agencies navigating complex trauma, dissociation, and harm related concerns.
I approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and a clear commitment to accountability. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or organizations, my focus is on building practical skill, ethical clarity, and sustainable change — even when the work is complex, layered, or uncomfortable.
